Window relay
Sounds more like a short circuit and/or wiring condition. Check for insulation cracks, bare wires, loose wires, or poor connections. Look for water damage or rusting. Fuses are not the problem.
How do i replace the front brakes on my van?
I would say to ask for a video DVD for that repair and it is available at some autoparts stores. You might try a Websearch for Videos shown by some mechanics sites. Some are free.
I say this because there is the potential for an accident from driving an improperly repaired vehicle. Also since the vehicle must be jacked up off the ground, there is potential danger from that.
The brakelines must also be bled and the rotors taken in for measurement. Retaining clips for the brake pads and tricks to compressing the brake calipers add to the need for a few special tools.
I recommend watching a repair being done first.
THE NEDDLE THAT TELL'S YOU
THE VEHICLE SPEED SENSRO ON THE TRANSMISSION. 2 PIN CONNECTOR. Clean terminals first with de-oxit from radio shack. If still bad replace sensor or gear on end of sensor. 10 mm bolt.
Engine won't turn over
Provided battery is not dead, check your brake lights for operation. If brake lights do not come on when brake pedal is pressed, there is a switch under the dash on the brake pedal lever. The Drivers feet often move or break this switch and it needs repositioning or replacement.
Fallen driver's side window
probably need a new window regulator. ebay. 93 to 98 should fit.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Trim Panel(s), Door
Front
Removal
-
Disconnect the battery ground cable (14301) if equipped with power locks or power windows.
-
CAUTION: Use care when removing the front door inside handle escutcheon (22620). Failure to do so can result in damage to the component.
Carefully pry off the front door inside handle escutcheon by inserting a standard 1/4 inch screwdriver between the top rear portion of the front door inside handle escutcheon and the front door trim panel (23942) .

If equipped with manual windows, slip a clean shop rag between the window regulator handle (23342) and the front door trim panel .

Pull the shop rag back and forth to release the window regulator handle clip.

Remove the three cover caps and front door trim panel screws.
-
Remove the one front door trim panel capped screws from the door pull handle.
-
If equipped with power windows, remove the door pull handle. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Slide a flat-bladed tool behind each of the retainers and twist the tool to disengage the front door trim panel from the front door (20124) .

Remove the front door trim panel.
Installation
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Remove the front door window glass (21410) . Refer to the front door window glass removal procedure in this section.

Remove the two front door brace bolts and the front door brace.

Disconnect the front window regulator electric drive electrical connector.

Remove the four front door window glass regulator track bolts.

Remove the three front window regulator electric drive bolts.
-
Remove the front door window glass regulator track and the front window regulator electric drive (23394) as an assembly through the opening in the front door (20124) .
Installation
-
Install the front door window glass regulator track and the front window regulator electric drive as an assembly through the opening in the front door .

Install the three front window regulator electric drive bolts. Tighten the front window regulator electric drive bolts securely.

Install the four front door window glass regulator track bolts. Tighten the front door window glass regulator track bolts securely.
