Repair low idle on 85 mercury grand marquis 302
You never replace parts unless you can prove they are faulty.The tps tells the computer if the throttle is open or not.The idle air control valve is how the computer controls idle speed.The valve could be faulty, or you could have a dirty throttle body.
Oil leak
Remove and check the filter, probably the old seal is still there too
Wiper dont work
Check all your fuses and breakers first. With the ignition turned to run check that you have power at the WCM, wiper control module, check the multifunction switch the wipers run off of, check wiper motor or linkage under the plastic cowling under the wiper blades, comes off easily with a few screws and clips.

You will need to call the dealer for a replacement. They will be able to set you up. No repair shop will have it or tire shop. Obviously you will need your own in case you end up with a flat tire. . Are you sure you looked everywhere. Under the spare tire. ??. In all the compartments in the trunk ?.
Fuel cut off

Starter/solenoid/ignition bypass?
I think what your co-worker is doing by touching the solenoid while the car is on is quite dangerous especially when it is running. I understand the need to avoid putting off the car but you will just have to get your own
towing accessories and truck if you keep going on like this. My advice would be to take your car to the garage and fix the problem once and for all. Keep me updated!
