Okay, first check the linkage going from the shifter to the tranny. Block the wheels and have someone watch the shift linkage on the trans while shifting. Maybe it's just loose, broken, or stripped. If linkage is good, it's either your shifter solenoids or torque converter

Check your door wire harness, wire is broken.
Check all four doors by removing the rubber case and retie wires with electrical tape or shrink tubing. Doors locks and Windows will work. It's a defect that Chrysler never own up to it with a recall. Wired are to short and break after awhile.

Check your fuel filter if that dosn't fix the problem then its the fuel pump

Check for the current drain from the battery Use a clamp om less than 400 amps! Check the voltage at the battery during the crank attempt. Use a DC voltmeter greater than 9 V DC Check the voltage at the starter terminal and ground check the voltage at the starter. Greater than 9 V DC Turn the engine over by hand to make sure it is not locked. If any of these tests fail check for bad battery connections. If no current drain and connections are good make sure that click is starter not some other relay not consistent with the start circuit. Make sure that neutral saftey switch that car is in park is active Hope this helps?

Is it a chevy or jeep? What is fuse 39, PCM? If so, you just erased the codes. Now it takes longer to diagnose.

what ground wire ---check the relay for problems the relay or fuse panel it is plugged into

engine oil brown, or ATF oil, pink/red/maroon?did you look in the rad neck , and then drain out some (by any means)rad coolant to a jarlet it settle and LOOK, see that oil pool up.and say, (engine oil or ATF to self?)first check transmission oil (at dip, or drain it)if it has has any signs of milkshake color, (cream) BINGO.the 14psi coolant is pushing in to the transmission too.try to understand. this:trans cooler in rad, bottom can be breached.when you start and engine the trans pump pushes AFT to the rad. then when engine gets hot, the 12-14psi RAD pressure reverses this flow , coolant to trans.why not pressure test the trans cooler next, or first.
