94 yj will not crank over but I have a clicking
It appears you have a poor battery cable ground connection. Remove the cable from the baterry ans lean the bat connection thoroughly. If this is a side post, put a ble in the terminal threads and see if the terminal is loose. If it is, The terminal is broken loose inside and the battery needs replacing. Good Luck, Ned

Does the 94 jeep cherokee country have abs
some do, some don't. If you have a simple master cylinder and don't have a bunch of abs components under the hood back near the passenger side firewall, then you have a "normal" system.

No power to the fuel
You only have power for 3 seconds then it drops to 0v. Did you check with a meter for the 3 second signal when you turn key on, no crank.
Did you spray some brake cleaner or someting into the throttle to see if it will start to confirm it is a fuel issue.
If you have no fuel power and no spark then you have a crank sensor issue..
The ASD relay powers both these systems. If the relay is good and you have no spark or fuel voltge then maybe the crank sensor is bad.
If you have a 3 second pulse and it starts with brake cleaner then you need a pump.

Clicking noise when accelerating, the noise comes
Double check. Is it coming from the transmission.A clicking noise under load may be a universal joint in the driveline or a c.v. joint in the front end. Both are cheaper than a trans.Check these 1st.Hope this helps

Where can I find a matrix to change out a
A matrix? How about this: Remove the plastic radiator shroud...does not need to come out as long as it's off the radiator.Remove the electric fan. Remove the upper and lower hose (do the lower first and drain from there) Remove the transmission lines (usually one is a flair fitting and one is a plastic clip) Remove the top bar across the radiator and the hood lock loop. (usually they are torx bolts and you will need the proper bit) Carefully remove the radiator without banging it into anything that will damage the core.
Reverse process to re-install.

No power to
Check the contacts in between the lift gate and body, some times these become damaged or dirty not allowing continuity to the lift gate. They will normally be located at the top of the lift gate near the hinges.

1994 Jeep Cherokee has excess end float on rear
Some end play there is normal...how much movement do you have? End play would be controlled by the distance between the end clips on the axles and the spider side gears. I have not had the pleasure of taking a jeep diff apart, but If there are shims between the gear and carrier, you might want to add to or replace them, You can't put too many in there though or it will cause binding on the cross shaft gears. You possibly could add a shim on the clip side but anything you use on either side of the gear must be hardened and compatible with the gear material or it will cause a failure (no hardware store washers) I would also check the c clips themselves to make sure they are not worn. Do not shim to zero movement...there must be some end play for the system to work properly.

When shifting it winds out
if you had it checked out, what is the problem? Changing the fluid and filter is not checking anything. Take it to a trans shop, keep away from any chain stores.

Two problems. When driving, going from 50 to
2 things to check.
1) make sure the fuel filter is new /air filter also clean.
2) Being a 94 your catalitic converter my be cloged. Check the exhaust flow out of your tail pipe while someone pushes down on the gas petal the flow should increase as the petal goes down. I put a high-flow type on my 2001 with only 44000 miles on it.
I hope this info helps you.
