Pulled up at light and
sounds
like a fuel issue i would recommend replacing the fuel filter it is a
cheap and easy fix after that if the problem persists then i would take
it to a shop to get a free diagnosis in order to find out if it is your
fuel injectors or your fuel pump. more symptoms of a bad fuel system
would be extreme drop in rpm when put into drive, choking or sputtering,
large amounts of smoke from the exhaust pipe, or complete shut down of
motor after running.if you need any instruction on removal and
installation of any part please comment back on this post thank you, and
good luck.

1991 honda civic turn signal problem
I can't recall as its been a while since I've worked on the older Civics, but there may be 2 bulbs in the cluster. They are not that hard to pop out and have a look.
Rear speakers wire
Depending on the model, it may not be wired for rear speakers and you will have to run them yourself. They were doing this in the late 80's early 90's to save money on wire. Otherwise, the wires normally will be where the rear speakers are located. (Rear speakers may not be installed from the factory so look for the holes)
Rear speakers
see the diagram attached, and proceed according. God bless you

Don't have lubrication on the camshaft and rocker arms
Have you place the head gasket on the block the right way round as it sounds as if you have blocked up the oil feed galley. I imagine you used a aftermarket gasket kit and it may not have a oil hole for you engine.. May have to pull the head and check.
