Fan on 93 volvo not working
Dont know much about volvos but check your fuse to radiator fan...if its good then it has to be either the relay for the fan or coolant temp sensor which controls when fan comes on.....You can google the location of fuse and relay....hope this helps.....On a side note...to make sure fan is good......make sure car is off and unplug wiring harness from fan....find you a hot and ground wire.....stick it in the fan harness...(make sure you have the right wire into each) and touch to battery.....if fan comes on, its good, if not fan is bad....get another

No heat, blower moter not working also, ac and rec
The
heater and a/c system have several components as the control switch,
the relay, the blower resistor and then the blower. First, you will need
to test power at the blower when this happens to see if the blower
motor is receiving power or not to determine if this is a blower motor
issue or a power supply issue to the motor first.Hope helps and remember to rating this free answer.
No a/c on my volvo 93 850
Blower motor or engine light won't affect the A/C compressor. Locate the compressor under the hood and with engine running have someone turn the A/C on and off. You should be sble to hear it engage and disengage. If it does not, Ck your fuses, If all is good, I have to recommend anA/C Technician because there are a few other items that could be of issue requiring special equipment. Good Luck- Ned-
My coolant light came on about a week ago. I am
If it isn't over heating, then the coolant light means it's low on coolant, just add some to it, but don't fill it to the top.
As far as the blower, if the fuse is good , have the relay switch checked, or the blower motor it's self might be no good.
Car stalls
Hey jkcalli!
Have you checked for any error codes?
Since your car is an 850 you should check your fuel pump relay, which is infamous for causing intermittent starting problems. Open the hood and remove the fuse box cover (4 torx screws), revealing the relays. If one of them is a green one marked 103 you should replace it with the newer, improved red relay. A used relay is cheap and should do just fine.
Also, you should be able to hear the fuel pump working when turning the ignition to on. After doing this a couple of times the pressure becomes high enough for the pump not to engage. If so wait for the pressure to drop before listening for it again.
Here's a topic with some info on the relay and how to check the voltage at the pump:http://www.volvo-forums.com/index.php?showtopic=15505&st=80&p=80586&#entry80586
If fuel delivery is not the problem you should check for spark.
If you do not have spark the problem is likely coil, camshaft position sensor or crankshaft position sensor.
Good luck!
