If the hoses to the rad is hot the chances are there is an air lock in the heating core. The best place to bleed the air out is at the top. If there is no provision for bleeding air you will have to slacken the hose and manipulate it to allow water/air out.
Make sure for safety's sake the engine is cold to prevent scalding yourself. Have an assistant topping up the engine rad while you are working on the bleeding operation
Check the horn relay to see if it works. Most cars use the same relays for multiple other functions. Check the part number on the horn relay and find another relay that is working that has the same part number. Swap out the horn relay with the known good relay. If that doesn't work, check all the wiring in association with the horn. If all the wiring is sound, then it is probably the horn itself, but that is very rarely the case.
You will need to take it to Chrysler/Dodge place and have them to reset it! Not sure if You bought this Used or not, but if You did, they never gave You the remote! and if I was You I would get one, it will save You some headaches in the future!
This sounds like it is very possible bad u-joints. This is actually not a hard job or expensive at all. The u-joints wear out over time from the drive shaft spinning and would cause what you are describing. If this is not something you know how to do yourself, when you go to the mechanic pretend that you know what it is and have them check the u-joints.
Possible results are , increased fuel use, reduction in power and you may fail noise emissions (too much noise), some after market exhaust systems are designed to give improvements but these are general much more costly than standard fittings. I would not be happy myself and would want it put right, Not sure which country you are in so can't advise on trading standards, but in uk items must be fit for purpose or you get your money back.
Main bearing replacement (there are four main bearings in your V6 engine) is MAJOR work. The engine must be removed from the vehicle and almost completely disassembled to get to the main bearings. If the bearings have 'spun' (likely), the engine will require machining to correct.
Unless you have a LOT of mechanical experience, this is not something a DIYer will be able to do. I'd strongly recommend getting a rebuilt engine and have it installed, if the van is worth keeping. It will probably be cheaper than having yours repaired.
Freeze plugs (or core plugs) are press fit into the engine block. There are eight or ten of these, and usually only the three on each side of the block are visible. The others are either under the timing cover or in the area of the transmission bell housing.
Replacement involves removing the bad one (if it is still in place), cleaning the hole, and then installing a replacement by hammering it in using a large socket that just fits in the inside diameter of the plug. On most places on the engine, there are accessories and components that make it very hard to get good access to the plug. A temporary fix is to get a rubber plug of the right size that is sandwiched between two metal plates with a bolt through the unit (you buy it this way). You insert the rubber plug into position and tighten the bolt, squeezing the rubber to wedge it into position. This may last for a while, but eventually will probably blow out.
Here's a video showing installation of the rubber type plug:

Your signals don't go through any computer (that is next year, HA,HA), either a connector is hooked up wrong (crossed) to the lights or the wires were worked on and not put back together correctly.
you need to have the trouble codes read go to autozone they can read them for you and write them down and report back it is most likley a speed sensor on the transmission there is two of them and they are very cheap and easy to change called input /output speed sensors
1 05014469AA Wiring Repair Package, Input Speed Sensor 1 05014471AA Wiring Repair Package, Output Speed Sensor you dont need to use the wiring harness supllied with these sensors as they are for early model vans only please rate -jeff
