Without gauges you can refill the unit by running the engine at about 3000 rpm. Turn AC on full speed. Then open the freon can a tad to get rid of any air in the line and connect it to the suction port. Open can full blast, shake it while upright and continue filling until the intake line going to compressor starts getting cold and sweats. Then stop. Air coming out of vents should be around 41 degrees.
Cabin filter if clogged will only impede air flow - not how cold it is. Actually, id the flow is impeded the air coming out will be colder since less is passing over the evaporator. But that could under certain conditions lead to the evaporator freezing up (then use outside air option instead of recirculated) to deal with situation. There- you are now an EXPERT!
with the tailgate fully open remove the plastic trim on the inside the bolts of the wing will be visible remember to unplug the brakelight connection and carefully remove the pipe from the window washer jet

Definately sounds like a fuse if 2 locations are not working. Cigarette lighters are 2 wires to hook up so to have a faulty port is highly unlikely. Check your owners manual for the fuse location. It will probably not be under the hood in that fuse box but under the steering wheel up and under the dash. No big deal though. First try, with the ignition switch off, dousing the switches with WD40 using paper towels to avoid a mess. While the switches are filled with WD40 work them back and forth to clean the contact areas. Turn on the ignition and try them, repeat if required.
You have plugged hoses or nozzles. You can get a filter to put in line after you clear all the parts. You have some sort of particle floating around in the system causing the erratic failures.
Um...no...in order to tow you need rated tow-cable or shock absorbing chains or a tow hitch. you would also need hazard lights that also show which way the towed vehicle is turning (ppl cant see the towing car's turn signals) usually there are magetics ones that hook up to the towing cars trailer light system. Safe towing by LAW is the issue here...could you tow it with a dolly...yes...but is it against the law..YES and the LAW protects you from hurting yourself,others, and property. You need to disconnect the hoses from your washer jets, and activate the washer, it should clear what is floating inside the hose which is causing the semi blockage.
Because its floating inside the hose it will move from side to side, hence causing one jet to not work one day and then the other on a different occaision....
Do you remember by chance speed vs RPM before & after work done? for example : before was 2000 RPM @ 60 MPH. Now 2200 RPM @ 60MPH ? May be coincidence, and transmission not shifting to overdrive or high gear.
