Fix emissions failure
One old trick is to soak the oxygen sensor in vinegar for 5 min and then rinse it dry it, install it and there is no low bank problem.

Why 98 accord surges unexpectedly at times
idle air control valve is dirty or fast idle thermo valve is not working correct idle air control is behind the air Pentium fast thermo is below throttle body

1999 honda accord will not shift out of park sometimes
I would start by looking at the brake switch/sensor.
it is located on the brake pedal lever typically close to the firewall.
if the sensor bad or the wiring/connector are loose or broken it can keep you from removing your shift linkage from park.
because your problem is intermittent I would look at the connection and verify that it hasn't wiggled loose.

Why does the engine shut off when driving
I had this problem last year , took to a mechanic who gave me an $800 tune up, and I still had the problem then I went to my local mechanic, it turned out to be the ignition went bad . I believe this needs to be replaced by a licensed mechanic as it is an electronic switch that needs to be programed to work with your car

1998 Honda Accord Sunroof wont close all the way
I took mine in expecting to have it repaired and it turns out that it was just the screws along the left and right-hand side of the panel. They were loose. The guy told me that "it eventually happens" and that "it's only a matter of time". He went on to say that "it shouldn't happen again". So, check the screws on either side of the panel right where it's stopping. I suspect that this is prohibiting yours from closing as well.
HTH!

Getting a code e on radio
If it displays Err or E, it's because the wrong code was entered too many times. The unit is now locked out. You will need to go to Honda and get the correct code for the unit, remove power from it to reset it, then enter the correct code. The sticker in the glove box was for the factory unit. If it was replaced at some point, the code is different.
