Im not get any spark in from the spark plugs

Make sure your spark plug wires are spaced the proper distance from the plug (two pennies I believe), make sure your ECU has a working fuse and is properly distributing the electricity, and check for any shorts on the frame.

I have a check engine alarm on my '96 honda civic

The Heated Oxygen Sensor (2) located rear of catalytic converter produces an output signal relative to oxygen storage capacity of catalytic converter. Ho2S 2 signal is less active than signal produced by front oxygen sensor. This code sets when HO2 Sensor voltage is greater than 999 mV for more than 2 minutes (time depends on model. Could be as high as 4 minutes)
There may be no noticeable symptoms except for MIL illumination. Possible high fuel pressure can over rich the system.
A code P0138 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
  • Faulty O2 sensor
  • Short to battery voltage in O2 sensor signal circuit
  • High fuel pressure (not as likely)
Here are some potential solutions:
  • Replace O2 sensor
  • Repair short to battery voltage in o2 sensor signal circuit

Where is the fuse for the fuel pump in a 96 honda

Check the owners manual. The fuse boxes are in the
right rear of the engine compartment and under the
driver's side instrument panel. Diagrams should be on
the fuse box covers. Also the fuel pump connector is
under the rear seat if you want to disconnect it.

1996 HONDA CIVIC FUEL SHUTOFF DEVICE WHERE IS IT

Don't think there is such a device. You can pull the fuel
pump connector under the rear seat or try removing the
fuel pump fuse located in the engine compartment or
under driver's side dash. Once fuel pump is disabled
start the car and let it run till it stops to relieve fuel
system pressure.

My 96 civic 1.6 dohc vtec wont vtec any

vtec is controlled by oil pressure so first check the oil, if it is low that can cause it. if you change your oil the way you should then the solenoid could be bad on most Hondas it is right by the oil filter.

When i installed a afertmarket

If you accidentally touched a wire to ground (any metal part of the car) you probably blew a fuse. Open the fuse box and check. On almost all fuses you can see if they are burned out. On the inside lid of most fuse boxes there is a diagram which lists the location and function of the fuses, and this will help you decide which fuses to pull out and check.
Good luck,
