Sounds like your front brake rotors are warped. You will either need to have them turned back straight on a brake lathe or have them replaced.

E00 is a vague error code used by Honda that indicates a problem with the CD Drive in the head unit. Unfortunately this will require removing and head unit and replacing it with either an OEM replacement or an aftermarket unit.

The list of possible causes includes the key, the lock cylinder, the steering wheel lock, and other things.Have you tried another key ?

This seems to be a problem with grounding of those circuits, notice that they are all in the instrument panel and maybe they share a common ground. Are they lit with normal intensity? Does the intensity go up and down if you apply the brake, open or close a door? I doubt that all 3 lights are on for their normal function such as to warn you about battery not being charged, or brake is on. Get a wiring diagram and look into the instrument panel to see how these circuits are grounded though this may be difficult to sort out. You many need assistance from someone with experience.

try putting some wd 40 lubricant in the ignition then wriggle the key to release any bad levers hope this helps

If the remote was programmed before loss of power, push and hold the unlock button until the alarm stops. If not try locking and unlocking the drivers side door with the the key. This has reset the alarm on my 2001 Odyssey. You will also need the unlock code to reactivate your stereo after long term power loss. Otherwise you have to remove the radio and give a Honda dealer the radio serial number to get the unlock code. Don't try it randomly; 10 incorrect tries locks the stereo.

At least you did not indicate cold air which is a thermostat issue and stuck vent door plus failing water pump. Your symptoms are tempters sending switch -check vale or air in the system which the bleeder vale should be bleed to remove air out the system that would elevate the roblem
