99% yes, but u need to check which model you own, it depends country wise, so its better u use vin no. or exact model on google to find out weather it has abs or not, another way is when u on your car, u should see abs like in yellow color, that also signifies that ur car has abs. but anyway 99.99%, civic should have abs

Code b13

It's a maintenance minder code. You could look in the owners manual and decipher the code. You will probably find something like this: B = Replace engine oil and oil filter; inspect brakes, hoses and lines; check parking brake adjustment; inspect tie rod ends, steering gear box, boots, suspension components, driveshaft boots, all fluid levels and condition of fluids, exhaust system, fuel lines and connections 1 = Rotate tires 3 = Replace transmission fluid (for A/T only)

My a/c is working but compressor is not working.

this will be from the head pressure being excessive as the gas is not being converted to liquid in the condenser. The main reason being that there is insufficient air passing through the condenser from the ac fan not working. There has to be an extra fan in front of the condenser to maintain air flow at all times the ac is operating. The second reason is excessive amount of gas in the system. Have the pressures checked by an accredited ac shop.

How do I turn off the "maintenance needed" light on my dashboard?

This procedure is suppose to be done buy a service tech that has changed you engine's oil. If they have forgotten and you want to reset the light, then it is acceptable. The procedure is easy. Step one:(with the key out of the ignition) gently press and hold in the mileage reset button. Step two: (Still holding the button in) slide the ignition key into the ignition and turn the key to the run position (do not start the engine) Step: wait 10seconds and you will see the "Maintenance Light" go out. Now let the button go. Step five: turn the ignition key back to off and the Maintenance Needed light is now reset. I hope that helps, let me know, good luck.
