When should you get your brakes on your honda civic replaced?
Whenever they don't seem to work properly. Are pulling to one side, or the pedal has too much travel, feels spongy, of are hard to apply. If they are disc brakes, when you start to hear squealing the pads are getting low, take it in for inspection and service at that time. Good idea to have them looked at every 10K during the oil changes etc., so you can detect any problems before it gets expensive to fix.
Where is the turn signal relay on a 2001 Honda Civic?
The problem is almost certainly the flasher relay. The turn signals and 4-ways use a separate flasher.
Look in your owners manual for location in the relay box.
If you don't have owner or service manual, and you can find the box, they are usually labeled on the lid.
If you can't find the relays (under the hood) then follow the auto zone advice.
At ozone will probably change it for you if you ask.

You should have the car checked by a mechanic as soon as possible. Excessive vibration could be the sign of something about to fail. It certainly indicates something isn't right. And, it could lead to further damage of the vehicle.
First would be to have the tires balanced. Do you have any problems with vibration when braking? You may need to have your rotors turned. Also, a mechanic should be able to check wheel bearings and CV shafts in the front end, as well as bushings at the corners for various suspension parts.
If the vehicle was recently in an accident, even a mild one, you could have parts that are bent or just out of alignment. Again, a good mechanic should be able to put the car on a rack and give it a good inspection. Suggest they drive it first to get an idea of what you are experiencing.
