Sounds like its the switch control replace that and all settings should work again hope this helps

ok first off if you go from neg terminal to batt terminal you will get 12 volt because you are completing the circuit, you need to do an ohms drop not a voltage drop to see where you are at first

have you had you're battery tested? o'reileys will do this for free. so will auto zone. should test at about 508 depending on the battery brand and size. follow you're ground wires and make sure they are connected properly.

I take it that you only have 1 speedometer and that reads miles per hour or car speed . The left speedo? is in reality a tachometer and reads the engine revolutions per minute. When the engine is cold (before it reaches operating temperature) the CPU will keep the rpm's above 1000 (1 x1000) and when that temperature is reached the idle speed is reduced to normal operating rpm's. So yes it is normal. All you need to do is know the difference and the meaning of all the gauges.

Sounds like you need a fuel pump. You can try to beat on the bottom of the tank and then trying to start it. Sometimes a slight smack in the tank will temporarily get the pump going again.

check your battery. looks like its time to replace it. Can you crank or there is no display when you turn your key ?

Find the radiator fan switch on the back side of the motor mounted on the thermostat housing, it should have one green wire and one black wire. Unplug it and use a paper clip to jump the two wires together. Turn the key on. If the fan comes on than replace the fan switch. If the fan still will not come on.
