If this is an aftermarket radio, they hooked it up wrong when they installed it. Either way, this is a wiring issue. Remove the radio and make sure the wiring harness is corrected before installing again. Good luck!

It never feels the same but now you are SAFER with the knowledge ... you were never actualy safe. If other than your CAR keys were ALSO taken... YOU NEED TO FOCUS on those other KEYS FIRST (particularly house & mail-box) Truth is... your car is never ANY safer than the GLASS IN THE Door (and only we... the owners... care about that GLASS). Car TRANSPONDER locks are another situation. If you use a LOCKSMITH it will be cheaper & safer. I have used eBay to get my new KEY and KEYLESS entry fobs... AND ... would TRUST a LOCKSMITH worlds better & longer than I could throw a DEALERSHIP...!!
