I have a 1998 Honda Accord 4cyl vtec that is doing the same thing but only when its cold. Once the car warms up the lights stop flashing. When this does happen the wipes are slow, light the alternator isn't charging properly. This isn't a service light issue. I know how to reset this light. Lights on the dash that flash are the battery light, the door open indicator lights on the dash and the brake light - all at the same time. I had the battery replaced since mine was two years old but this didn't fix it.

If it's running rough, chances are that it's misfiring. If the Check Engine light is flashing/blinking, it is definitely misfiring.If that's the case, drive it as little as possible... Or straight to the mechanic because the more you drive it while it's misfiring, the higher the chance is of you ruining your catalytic converter. its the air bag system ,disconnect battery and then clean the connections in the connector block under the front seats and rub the pins with a soft lead black pencil ,reconnect all and see what happens

The reservoir is typically within the inner fender/wing area. If you lay on your back, under the right wing of the car (in a left hand drive car) and look up, then you should see it. You may have to remove any wheel arch liner to get to it.

check you fuses thats your problem ok

check whether you have a loose steering belt. Open the bonnet and go by the belts side and check the tension of the steering belt which is very easy to check as it is the one fitted closer to the radiator front .If it is loose then tight it by using a 12mm ring spanner and loose the nut of the tensioner which is lower of the power steering pulley in front of the timing belt cover and by using a T-10 tool turn the bolt which is behind the tensioner and easy to see,until the belt is tight.After do so remember to tight the nut of the tensioner and start the car.

Just pull out one of the spark plugs and take a look. If you are over 60000 on them don't bother looking just replace.

Thats going to be tough to troubleshoot.A fuse blows when the electrical load on that circuit exceeds the limit of the fuse. It could be a bad connection or moisture in a light socket among other things.
