fuel pump could be going bad and requiring to much voltage and blowing the fuse, or there could be a short in the wiring. My guess is fuel pump is probably in need of replacement

Check the No. 59 (7.5A) fuse in the under-hood fuse /relay box, and the No. 3 (7.5A) fuse in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box. It could be that one of these 2 fuses are blown and that would cause the a/c clutch relay to not engage

if you are loosing coolant the problem must be addressed first. but if not I would blow out the condenser and radiator fins. bugs and debris clogging the condenser or the radiator will limit airflow.

When cranking you fell the engine turn faster then normal. it could be your timing belt that's broken.

get yourself a good workshop manual , this will give you step by step instructions , don't know your level of expertise but this will be a complicated operation so read the manual carefully and then decide if you are able , good luck

i would look for damaged control wiring in the crashed area

You will need to get in behind the Timing belt to do this You might want to search this out online on a Honda forum. Or get the Honda Service Manual. Plan on this as an all day job. If you are in there you might want to do a new timing belt job as well. Be careful if you've never worked on engine timing - You have a 'Bad Day here, and it is a very BAD DAY'

I've never known of any vehicle to have a heater drain. Most do have radiator drains witch is the same fluid, it is on bottom of radiator.

Try hitting the starter while someone holds the key in "start"

The cams are very distinctly marked, and numbered for the cylinders, with a cast mark in the aluminum cover behind the cam marked for alignment. The crank gear has a dimple, and the keyway should be up, to line up with the v mark on the oil pump behind it.

Could be front wheel bearings.

Replace the return line hose from the reservoir to the pump.
