ok so hear me out, DO NOT! i repeat, NOT buy a h23... honda stopped making this motor completely in 97 these are the worst motors in the world! i know, your rod bearing blew, I KNOW! ive donr 30 of them. Buy an h22 swap for your car... or just the motor.. everything bolts up the same...then if you wan the performance wire up the vtec... 92-96 preludes came with the option of an h22... if you could find one out of your year model and not out of a 97 up, that would be best so all your vaccum lines are the same... youll have to use the h22 harness and ecu.. if its standard, you need to use a standard h22 harness, if its automatic, use an auto harness

It is most likely the coolant temp sensor that is mounted to the radiator. It has single wire feed with an internal ground to activate the fan, and looks like this;

94 prelude. 2.3 have no power to the fuel
You should check all your fuses first. In the car, and in the engine compartment. The fuel pump should be checked as well, if u don't hear it the pump when u turn the key on, the pump might be burnt out of it. drop the tank to check the fuel pump. Also when the fuel pump goes on a car it doesn't send a code to the computer. When you turn the key on, the pump primes, and runs the whole time you run your car.
Hope you get it running, I recently replaced a pump in a 2000 Cav Z24 and it wasnt the pump it was the pre-screen in the tank was plugged.

Engine keeps raving on idle
Hi,
You have two big things to do :
- Check and fix the fuel line. The fuel filter, gas pump, hoses, fuel linkages should in good conditions. If your jetting is in problem, your primary jet should be has check and fix first.
- Ignition. The coil, spark plug and the cables. The coil should in good condition to produce good ignition. Ensure the cables are not have the leaks. The spark plug also must clean all times. If you have dirty spark plug, you may have rich AFR ( air fuel ratio) or you have the on oil seals ( piston or valves).
So just go through check your engine to seek where the root cause is.

Yes.
It's not uncommon to see a lot of older model Honda still on the road. They'll often be either rusty or have after-market body parts because they out last the body put on them though that takes a long time too.
I say if you can get your hands on it and it doesn't have a bent frame from an accident then get it!

First check the fuel filter, than see if you have your spark plugs clean and that they do fire properly, if all fine than it can be only diagnostics job and a faulty sensor.

Left rear window is broken. how much would it cost
You can purchase the window on Ebay and do it yourself with window silicone from a auto parts store for less than 60.00. If you take it is you would think its a cheap window but the molding is connected to the glass making it cost more than a windsheild to be replaced, About 180.00

DO I COMPASS THE CALIPERS WITH A C CLAMP OR DOES
I would remove the cap to the master cylinder, then barely crack the bleeder valve. after that then you can compress the caliper with a c clamp. be careful, your gonna lose some brake fluid.
