More then likely the horn relay is stuck closed ,sounding the horns all the time . The horn gets power from the power seats circuit breaker ,no fuse . Relay located in under hood relay center .

If this sound is there only when the car is moving, probably an air leak or loose/plugged cabin exhaust vent. Could be cabin air leakage past the rubber seals around the door - check for gaps. While you are at it, there should be a vent on the door post that is meant to relieve excessive air pressure in the cabin (your HVAC system fan is always running when the car is running). If the vent is not allowing air to pass through freely from the passenger compartment, or there is something loose behind the vent, that could also make a noise.

If the steering and suspension parts are OK, could be a lot of things such as loose parts around the engine (e.g. battery tie-down, bumper cover, etc.). Unfortunately, if a shift solenoid is an issue, the shop is correct and just the start of problems with the transmission. These transmissions are pretty rugged, but they have to be serviced every 80K miles or so or this will happen.

O2 sensors are all screwed into exhaust system there are from 1(older) to 4 (modern 2 exhaust circuits). The uppers are located before the catalytic converter and the lowers after the catalytic converter. They generally need to be replaced between 50-100,00miles as recommended by the manufacturer.

A new battery will not correct a theft activation issue. If the system is activated the theft light will blink and the vehivle may start and stall or not start at all. You can try locking/unlocking doors with key fob to see if the system resets. If it doesn't reset, there is a procedure of turning the key to the on position and leaving it there for 15min. Turn key off and then try and start vehicle. This may reset the security system.

LOCKING THE DOORS WITH THE FOB AND THEN UNLOCKING THE DOORS WITH THE FOB WILL RESET THE FACTORY ANTITHEFT SYSTEM.

1. Locate the automatic level control height sensor under the rear of the vehicle on the rear suspension support. If the back of the car is too low and will not pump up, ground pin B Yellow wire and see if the compressor will come on and the car will raise. 2. If the car does raise when pin B is grounded, check the powers and grounds to the height sensor. 3. If the powers and grounds are OK and the pump does come on and the car raises when pin B is grounded, the height sensor will need to be replaced. 4. If the car is too high and will not come down, ground pin E White wire at the height sensor to see if the car will lower. 5. If the car lowers when the White wire in pin E is grounded, check the powers and grounds to the height sensor. 6. If powers and grounds are OK and the car does lower when pin E is grounded, the height sensor will need to be replaced. Tech Tips: There are two different automatic level control systems for this car; one is without RPO F45 and one is with RPO F45. The system without F45 has an automatic level control height sensor and with F45 the automatic level control compressor is controlled by the continuously variable road sensing suspension module. Tests/Procedures: 1. Using a head lamp as a load, test the ELC height sensor power/grounds. 2. The power feeds are: Orange wire, pin C and a Brown wire, pin D. 3. The ground is pin A, Black wire. 4.
