Car hesitant when placed in gear
if it's an automatic (which i'm pretty sure it is) your linkage is slipping. Theres no quick fix or good news unfortunately, it's most likely going to have to be rebuilt or replaced. For that car I'd suggest a rebuild, it's going to be just as sufficient as replacing it and save you quite a few bucks. DEFINITELY baby it untill you can get it in to the shop.

Several conditions could be the cause of your problem.
- Bad MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor - often responsible for erratic idling
- Bad TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) - controls idle speed under all conditions ie warm, cold, + with A/C running.
It's possible to diagnose further by getting a diagnostic test done. Most chain auto parts stores will run a free diagnostic test to obtain a OBDII code (these codes specify which components are either failing or not responding) It is possible that a combination of both the MAF and TPS are contributing to your problem. If the car will idle when cold and only wants to stall once warm and under way, it's more likely than not to be the TPS.

Hello: Open hood, stand in front of car look on left side (driver side) of engine toward the radiator, there will be a black metal guard, under the guard there will be a small belt. This is the belt that drives the water pump. Make sure the belt is there. If belt is there start car and with engine running check to be sure belt is turning and that the water pump is turning. If all that is okay then you may have blown head gaskets. To check head gaskets you need a sniffer tool to smell the engine coolant which will tell you if you have exhaust gas in the coolant.
Engine wont turn over getting starter disabled
Most likely a security system issue. Make sure the battery is fully charged and you are using an original coded key. Even an original key can sometimes cause this to happen if the key is badly worn.

Check for holes in the bottom of the raidiator if so you replace it or get quick setting rubber glue at your nearest auto parts store to clog up the hole. If it is not this check the bottom hose on the radiator and see if has holes in it or if it is leaking at the clamp. If that it is it the just replace the hose and clamp.
I have a 1999 Cadillac Eldorado ETC. When I turn
the temperature door inside (there is two one for each side of car) is possibly broken if you turn the blower on low turn the temp on the passenger side from full hot to full cold or vise versa and listen closely for a clicking or snapping sound if this is heard you have a broken door in side then the dash has to come out the air conditioning has to be discharged of refrigerant which has to be done by a facility with a license. if no noise is heard it could be a control head or a motor but the most likely cause is a broken door.
On the 4 cylinders next
They can be adjusted its the valve lesh you need to remove the valve covers and adjust the rocker arm clearance on most engines you don,t say what engine you have so ask your mechanic to make sure but all on one side sounds like an adjustment
