Under dash passenger side of steering column just kinda hanging there. round and has two prongs.

You might be able to take the back seat out and get in from there.Otherwise you will have to get a key cut by a locksmith or the dealer.And I doubt the dealer still has key blanks for anything more than 5 yrs old..

The radio has two fuses, one for base power and one for memory.The memory is on the circuit with the courtesy lights.Both fuses are in the box under the dash and should be in your owners manual.

This actually sounds like your motor is not the problem it sounds asthougth your transmission is in need of work. if you have flushed your system also may look at your oil pump system as the change in pitch of the road to climb hills may infact be pulling sludge against the sump tube screen and plugging the oil pump. these are the only two reasons I can see for this to happen if system only dose this when climbing a hill.

Yes, you need to find the positive wire to the side light circuit, from the alarm and try splicing into it, and then to the horn circuit.You need to be sure that this wire doesn't also become positive when the side lights are switched manually though.

have the shift lock interlock solenoid checked out

Have a fuel pump pressure leak down test run on the car.

It could be a fuel problem, but in most cases the rough running would continue at road speed.You could certainly change the fuel filter and see what happens.A rough idle but no problems on the road would point to a vac problem or maybe a burnt valve. A fuel or ignition problem would be at most speeds including when you put the engine under a load.Its possible to have a faulty injector on one cylinder that is bad enough to cause a miss at idle but smooth out on the road, but that is a rare occurance.

( ck: get in car close the doors and start car, turn on radio, turn off car pull out the key and radio should stay on, open door and radio should shut off, relay is good if this happends as far as the AO 11 does or did your AC work?the RSS module is either under the drivers seat, ( you cut a wire ) or in the trunk behind the back seat, there is a panel back there thats velcroed on just pull it down, ( a relay is needed for that repair ) there is also a fuse box back there ck thoes fuses OK VOTE FOR ME AND INFORM ME OF YOUR PROGRESS
