I don't know of an Eldorado that uses a belt. They use a timing chain.Cars that use a belt will not run when the belt breaks.

If you do an internet search for PASS system you can find the details.The system uses a chip in the key which the anti-theft module reads by way of the sensor in the ignition lock cylinder.If the car does not start, the usual problem is the chip in the key or the sensor in the lock cylinder.If you have a spare key you might try it next. Otherwise you may need a locksmith or garage for repairs.

Not holding coolant by that I guess you mean the water is escaping to the reasevoir in which case replace the radiator cap with the correct pressure cap recommended for you car. I would have a coolant system pressure test done to ensure that ther is not a more serious problem with the engine causing the radiator to over pressurise

Cranks and starts are two different things.If it cranks but won't start it could be loosing fuel pressure overnight.If it won't crank in the morning, you could have a bad cell in the battery or something draining the battery overnight. Such as the interior lights coming on and off.The light problem could be the door ajar sensor in the door latch.

The plug would need to be knocked out and a new plug installed.Usually you can take a flat blade screwdriver and a hammer to drive the scewdriver into the plug, then work it out of the hole. The new plug is tapped in with a large socket and a hammer.Space around the plug may be very limited.
