Overheating
Your engine is overheating? Really need more specifics here...
1. Check your oil level. You don't want to run your engine without oil.
2. Check your antifreeze level. If the level is good but the car overheats quickly, I would suspect a sticking thermostat. They're inexpensive and easy enough to replace... but a must. You could damage your engine if it overheats.

Heat only works at 3000 rmp after car has come up
Is the coolant level ok? After replacing the thermostat, did you bleed the air from the system? The bleeder should be at the front (on engine near radiator). Low coolant level, or air in the system can cause what you describe.
Where is it
use a funnel,fluid is added through transmission dipstick tube.check level while hot.do not overfill.

Try your local junkyard. I have had the best luck finding parts at a Automotive recycling plant called LKQ

It will tell you how in the owners manual if you have one. If not, try turning your ignition key to the on position without starting the car and press on the brake pedal 5 times in a row.

what is the year, make, and model of your vehicle? some electonic fuel pumps are located in the gas tank, while mechanical fuel pumps are located on the side of the engine depending on the vehicle.

one thing you can try before you go tearing everything apart, look through your fuse box and ensure that all of the fuses are good. sometimes they are connected to anoter circuit, and if the fuse for that blows, your lights can go with them

WIRE THE FAN DIRECT TO THE BATTERY AND SEE IF IT WORKS IF IT DOES ITS A SWITCH IF NOT ITS THE FAN
