Are there any faults in the ECM

The heater bypass valve is located BEFORE the thermostat, so if your heater gets hot, your thermostat could be stuck closed. If there's any suspicion that the car is too hot, always change the thermostat (since it's a hassle to take it out, you might as well change it), and also check to see if you have enough antifreeze. The 4 banger Integra motor always runs hot, the temp gauge showing the needle almost half way. This is normal. Your noise sounds like the clutch needs adjustment, or changing. Another check you could do is test the fan relay (at the radiator). If it's faulty, that would explain why your car runs hotter than usual. #24 and #25 in the diagram.

On the outside side the cylinder head, on top. It's over by the distributor. #5 in the diagram is the sensor.

The car is over heating. Check the coolant level. Have a pressure test done to check for ;leaks. Have a compression test done to check for head gasket and cracked head/s. Normal operating temperature is between 85 and 95 degrees c and if as you say is 20% hotter then it is boiling

you will need lowering sprongs and struts, then camber kits for alignment afterwards. if you just by cheap lowering springs, you will not be able to align the car properly after, and it will handle terrible and prematurely wear your tires.

Is is possible that you ran out of gas? I would put some gas into the car, unless you are sure you got gas. in that case I would start checking for loose ground wires.

where are the heat sensers located for the fans on an 1994 integra

pull tow the car and pop the clutch to jumpstart. when u run out of gas sometimes u get an air bubble in the line and it has to be pushed up to a certain speed then pop the clutch in second or third gear and it should start.

I wouldn't do so any longer than absolutely necessary.

You can drive for months like this. Even after it goes out you can still just hold it in gear.

have the clutch relese bearing,otherwise known as the throw-out bearing checked this is your problem

You have valves that arent seating,you will have to remove head and have it machined.Either it jumped time or they lost there seating.Sorry

check ur alternator one way to checkthis is turn on car and remove positive cable wire on car while on if it turns off its ur alternator its what keeps ur battery charged

it can be fixed but if its the tranny hers some things you can do 1 cheek the fluid,see if its leeking out or look dark coller should be a ruby red color next check the transmision seals depending on if its rear wheel drive ware the drive shaft is located next play with the clucth swich it back and forth between park and low gears let the car move a lil if it acts up youre looking at a trany job

I don't think this would be possible wihtout some hassles.

The engine type build changed twice between the 89 and the 94 series integra.

I would suggest you speak to Honda specialised mechanic before you purchase the 94 tranny.
