The sensor is right below the radiator by the bumper situated on the drivers side two clips and a plug and it is done.

inside the wheel arch behind the plastic cover you should be able to access the bottle to remove it.the bad thing is that some of the mounting screws are behind the bumper.i don't know a lot about volvo but i did do some research and everything points to the archway

You'll need to pull the bottle out to see where the leak is occuring. Look for

* split hoses from the pump(s). This is the more likely cause of the leak.
* pump O-rings. Remove and clean, and reassemble.

If the bottle itself has a crack or split, I've had success using a large 40W soldering iron with a flat tip to to CAREFULLY heat the plastic (often something like nylon) and effectively weld the split back together.
