What kind of mercury grand marquis suspension issues are there?

I am sorry but luckily I have not had any suspension issues other than tie-rods, which need to be replaced periodically anyway. I did do suspension work last summer replacing the front ti-rods , wheel alignment/balance and new tires but since then the ride has been good.

Hi I have a 99 grand marquis .and it has a rough idle and it's hessitant when I accelerate .can someone please help.

Some of these engines had a channel under the Airhorn to provide flow to the EGR. These engines had 8 small bolts to unfasten to remove the Airhorn. You clean the passages and make sure the EGR valve is decarbonned. The gasket is about $10.

Problem with 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis - interior lights come on and off

Your whole light system is controlled by a computer box located behind a panel under the steering column. Its not serviced, it has to be replaced. I hope your setting down, that box is close to $900.00 from a Ford Dealer. When it finely goes out it will take your headlites with it. If you have someone in the area that is good with automotive electrics he can wire in a normal headlite switch from an older model.
