sounds like the power steering pump or drive belt could be faulty or pump leaking check the fluid level. and drive belt first is it ok and tensionered ok if the fluid level keeps dropping then the pump may be faulty

Heater core is probably leaking. There is a tray with a hole in it . so you wont get coolant on the floor like the old vehicles. A radiator pressure tester can confirm this.

My info showed a spanner wrench to hold it. I can't see anything from here, I don't know if you could rig up something else to hold it? In the past, I have used a pipe wrench to hold a pulley, If no other way, or a pair of vice grips? You have to be careful not to damage anything.

All brakes wear unevenly, no matter the make or model. I have been fixing cars for a job for 50 years and that is a lot of experience. Front brakes are the worst for uneven wear.

double posted, and still no report on all parts door locks.? you left off locks in this post, why? does the car drive perfect even at night.? all other accessories work? do the inside car door locks work at all doors/. by hand.? inside. do you only have one FOB , if yes , why? do you have a fresh FOB battery< yes/no. change it yet>?

Are you sure the battery is ok and it has been tested by a shop? Are the battery cables clean and tight and have a good ground connection to the engine?

Its not necessarily the pump that needs replaced . It may just be a high pressure hose . Refer to You Tube !

It seem to me you might have a bad crankshaft sensor and when it heats up it will stop working, I had that problem before, but it should give you a check engine light and code try to get that code to be sure before you replace anything.

make sure the battery posts are shiny clean and the terminals are tight moving the terminals on dirty posts is corrupting the cpu program in the ECM so try this make sure the battery posts are shiny clean the terminals are clean and then fix them tight use a scan tool to reset the ECM / CPU program and see what happens
