I am dropping the oil
It is possibly interfering with oil pickup . You need to try to move and drop from front to back. If no good , you may need to move cross members.

The IAC valve may be hanging high . If you have a scan tool that can display data pids you can see the IAC value . I will check to see the idle specs on it . Which engine do you have .

You need to open your hood,look at your battery and see if the positive battery cable is not burned up or needs replaced.The other end of it is connected to the starter.Here's a link to where your starter is.Find the starter and see if the wiring is not burnt or touching anything or loose.If everything looks normal,then remove starter and take to Autozone,they can test it and it's free and only takes a few minutes.

Rough idle random cylinder misfire
misfires are more from problem injectors, low fuel pressure or injector wiring than from plugs
have a fuel pressure test done to check for problem pressure regulator , problem fuel pump , blocked m/dirty filter
one other area of concern is the EVAP system where the purge valve doesn't vent the tank properly and causes low fuel flow rates

If it were me, I would try replacing the pressure switch and see if that fixed it.
I looked it up and it appears that switch may be deep inside the transmission, which might mean it costs big bucks to replace it.

most vehicles don't come equipped with alarm from factory and so their are aftermarket installed ... if that is your case then removing alarm won't be an issue
High Idle and sputters while driving....
1st off if check engine light is not on then there will be any codes to check.... however you have a problem that is not being picked up by your computer... so u may have a vac leak... more air into engine makes rpms go up...
