I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I replaced the crankshaft censor, the camshaft sensor, and removed the alarm system module. It will not start. I also replaced the distributor cap rotor etc.

dont just replace parts and hope--u must target the area--a data stream run w factory gear is really helpful--a code reader is usually not enough-----the module u took out is connected to ignition----inspect coil-plug wires--ignition module--distributer cap may be worn inside--look for any loose wiring in engine area----may need a fuel pressure test--regulator and pump cud be worn---basic spark and fuel hardware are the weakest links

Its really hard to turn the steering wheel in 1995 cadillac deville. there is power steering fluid in the car. what could be causing this?

If your Rack and Pinion is worn it could do this, if the Fluid is OLD, it could also do that. How much Power Steering is there? Did you hit anything? Could your have bent a Control Arm or Tie Rod End or could the Power Steering Pump just have gone out? Remove the Cap and see if there is Air Bubbles and Movement inside your Pump Reservoir? Are you sure you are checking the Right Reservoir? Any of the above could be the cause.

Shows trouble code for fuel injector, replace but still missin

Sounds like you might have an issue with the injector wiring or the PCM circuit that controls that injector.

I have a 1995 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo. it shows trouble code for fuel injector. I replaced injector, but still shows code for injector and is still misfiring. it also has either blue or white smoke

Now you go to a shop & have the vehicle properly diagnosed, to find a problem & then either you or the shop can solve it Now you found out that codes have nothing to do with installing parts First you check for codes Then look at all data & road test, for various reasons Using the data, you component test to find a problem You resolve or fix those problems, as you find them & continue on Lots of white smoke may be coolant & a head gasket White smoke only on start up, is way too much fuel & your injector & possibly other issues as well

How does one add transmission fluid to 1995 jeep grand cherokee laredo?

Look for the dipstick where you check the transmision fluid level. If you need any you pour it down the dipstick hole. Add it in small amounts and check in between additions, its really easy to overfill. Once overfilled a real pain to get it out.

Where is the tcm on a 1995 jeep grand Cherokee

that depends on opted drive line parts, 4wd and transmission. the book is here read it. http://www.jeep4x4center.com/knowledge-base/index.htm?utm_source=cj#service 42/44RE auto trans, TCM? read chapter 21. it covers the whole deal. there is no PCM like most cars , this era, they moved the TCM in to the confines of the ECU , and renaming it PCM on that idea. read page 21-6 carefully.

When I try to start the car it wont start but all the lights are . what wrong?

what lights. do tell> we cant guess which of 30 lamps blink. the 95 , what engine, (size) and cylinder count./ we can not guess that either, cranks but no start, the jeeps will run for 3 seconds, and the die via the ASD relay LOGIC. there are up to 6 ways for the PCM to cut the ASD, for just causes. so do you get spark for the 3 seconds. cranking? if not the ASD drops. (fuel/fire safety reasons) if engine is ok, with full compression it will run for at least 3 seconds, cranked, if not there is no spark. check spark, now, ever do a tune up this decade? if spark is good, x6 or x8 cylinders than its either flooding or starving for fuel. take out 1 spark plug, is it soaked in fuel yes, put i back and crank engine wide open trottle this is oper, guide, super secret unflood mode. (a feature on all cars) starts now? no? well its staving for fuel try test fuel.? yet> (spray) runs for 3sconds and stalls. yes? then fuel is lost. check fuel pressure for spec pressure. i cant tell presssure due to NO ENGINE STATED.

Jacking points on all Jeep vehicles

c17hydro_1.gif

Your Jeep was supplied with a jack for emergency road repairs. This jack is fine for changing a flat tire or other short-term procedures not requiring you to go beneath the vehicle. Do not attempt to use the jack on any portions of the vehicle other than specified by the vehicle manufacturer. Always block the diagonally opposite wheel when using a jack.

Placing a floor jack under the front frame rail

c17hydro_3.gif

Placing a floor jack under the rear frame rail at the leaf spring shackle. It may be necessary to place a block of wood between the frame rail and the jack

Supporting the front of the vehicle with jack stands placed under each frame rail

A more convenient way of jacking is the use of a garage or floor jack. You may use the floor jack at the specified points in following the illustrations.

Never place the jack under the radiator, engine or transmission components. Severe and expensive damage will result when the jack is raised. Additionally, never jack under the floorpan or bodywork; the metal will deform
