Are you sure it is not an electrical problem? Spray some starting fluid into the throttle body. If it starts, then it is a fuel problem. If not then you need to look at computer or sensor problems.

This may sound crazy....... but remove the battery cables from the battery, now put your thumb on the battery bolts and push them out and clean the cables behind where the bolts were making contact with the cable, take the old bolts and either clean with baking soda, or go to your local parts store and get new ones, I'd go for the new ones as there is an anti corrosion coating on them, then follow the negative cable to where it attaches to the engine, remove and clean where it attaches.

Pressing the screenwasher button usually energises a timer relay that provides four or five wiper sweeps so you will see the output wire from the switch does not go straight to the washer motor as in the really old days. The circuit is more complex... If there is no obvious sign of a short circuit you really should be referring to a wiring diagram for further inspiration...

If you have automatic climate control and you mean the AC compressor, that is normal if the ambient temperature is above 40 degF. If there is an AC button on your climate control panel, you should be able to override it with that.

No need to remove the dash. You need to remove the glove box. Remove the Programmer from the heater box. The heater box has studs going through the firewall attached with speed nuts on the UNDERHOOD side of the firewall . The nuts on the lower part of the box cannot be seen , so must be felt, and then removed. Place rags on both openings of heater core so as not to leak any coolant into the car. Heater box once unbolted must be artfully removed from UNDER the dashboard

I'm assuming there is a sensor attached to the emergency brake pedal. Try driving the car with those sensor wires shorted together.
