Did U check with the dealer to see if it is at all possible? Some systems are integral parts of the ignition system and cannot be disabled. Others are accessories than can be bypassed. Check it out.

run the fault codes and look for problems in the accelerator position sensor , throttle motor , MAP/VAF sensors.

You really need this fixed fast for if you have raw fuel coming from your exhaust your catalytic converters must not be working. If they were working they would be running a extremely high temperatures and be a fire hazard. Shouldn't need to remove. Bolt on side that adjusts tension. Release tension buy turning bolt counterclockwise . Tensioner should move toward engine and release belt.
