under the hood to find the fuse/relay for fuel pump

Check to see if there is a fuse if not check the trunk switch that turns on the light.

Loosen the two screws that hold the metal latch to the dash board and move it out a bit. May take a couple of times to get it right.

Check the fuel filter, fuel pressure and fuel flow . Check the fuel pressure regulator, the rail pressure should rise when the gas pedal is jabbed , check the vacuum hose to the regulator is ok.

After a alternator replacement ,the first place I would be looking at is the drive belt for the alternator . The noise described may be from a flap of the belt as it is breaking up. Check the condition and tension as the first step.

Contact the dealer on this, you must have the wrong part.

Please check all door close sensors for each door.

you have evap leak first replace your gas cap if it dont work then check for broken line under your car they run from gas tank to engine conparment they all conect to the canaster when you install your gas cap mame sure it clicks over 5 times ok

Check fuse 1st.Then check and make sure motor is working for the windshield washer. If that does not work check line to be sure it is not broke or stopped up.

Your Valet cancel switch is set.


Open your glovebox and you will see a pushbutton on the the left side, if memory serves. When this button is set, the power button will be disabled, but the key fob button will still work.
This is for when you Valet your car, you push the cancel button in the glovebox, lock the glovebox, then give the Valet your Valet key, which will not open the trunk or the glovebox. Voila, no Valet rummaging through your trunk :)

Often full gloveboxes will be the cause of the button getting pushed accidentally.

Make sure the pedals don't adjust, first. I'm sure that won't be a perfect fit, but it may buy some time. This isn't an easy task. First, figure out exactly how much room you'll need (don't go over).You'll want to pull your seat, and get it out of the way. Since you know EXACTLY how many inches of extra length you need, simply measure back from each mounting point, and mark it. Get under the car, and measure the same distance back on all 4 points, and mark it, making sure you aren't obstructed. From that point, fabricate your way in. You may be able to simply drill 4 new holes and move the seat, but you're probably more likely to win the lottery. Go into it knowing that you're going to run into all kinds unforeseeable problems. Just accept this fact, and it'll help the process. Adapt and overcome, and repeat.

i change mine roughly every 50 thou give or take i have a jeep grand cherokee with 198xxx on it and still going strong

under the controls for the side view mirrors, behind the coin holder cup. open the coin cup & pull up on the cup until it pops out of place. on the back of the coin cup is the fuse diagram. its the "cig" on the 3rd column, top row, "15a". there are some spare fuses under the hood. open the hood & its on the right of the engine in the black box that's about 10in by 4in big. open the cover & look at the fuse diagram & look for the spares on the top right.

this vehicle may be due for a service.slow starting in colder weather can be due to many issues. such as dirty or wet ignition sytem or low battery charge. if you live in colder climate you may need to change your oil to a thinner one for cold tempretures.also check that exaust pipe is not blocked, air filter is clean and fuel filter is not blocked.I hope this was useful.

well to know this i would have to see the car but the good news u can take ur car to a local parts store i.e. auto zone, advance auto, o'reilleys they will hook a scanner up for free and tell u or u can goto shop and pay about 200.00 for them to do the same.

either way jus tell them u need a ur car put on a scanner good luck

Hi, it could be a wheel bearing, a bad motor mount, if it's front wheel drive it could even be an axle rubbing on the frame (hince a bad motor mount), etc but it's hard to say without hearing it myself. But should have a good idea of where the problem is now and fix it.
