HOW DO I REPLACE THE SERPENTINE BELT ON MY 2.8 V6?
joecoolvette must not ever been near an A4 Audi. Although his outline of the serpentine belt change is correct, you can't get to on an A4. Check out AudiWorld Tech Articles, Chris Hansen has a nice post there on Serpentine Belt Tensioner Replacement that would address most of this question.

Headlights, fog lights, heater blower,
Sounds like your ignition switch shorted out - all of those functions only work with the ignition on. I'm betting your parking lights still work right?
Change the ignition switch and I think you'll be set.

Brake light out already changed bulb
Maybe the fuse? get a test light and while someone steps on the brake check to see if your getting power. do this a few time; on-off on-off.
