1994 Plymouth Sundance - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
My 94 Sundance heater/AC blower motor has quit.
The blower motor resistor is located in the same duct that the blower motor blows through. If you see the blower motor, within a foot of it is the resistor. The blower motor actually blows over the resistor to keep it cool. The blower motor is usually only in 1 of 2 different locations. On passenger side, access under the hood or under dash access behind glovebox. In both cases the resitor will be in the duct that the blower motor blows through.

The problem will be some where between the road wheels and the suspension mounts on the chassis. Here's a check list to try.
-Wheel rims. Balanced doesn't mean straight.
-Loose wheel bolts.
-Brake discs for warping, Pads for wear and calipers for sticky pistons or loose fit
-Hubs and bearings for wear.
-Ball joints for wear.
-Suspension mounts, top and bottom.
-Suspension swing arms at both ends.
Do this for the front AND the rear of the car.
If none of these are the issue you might have to get the drive shafts and transmission checked.

It sounds like you have a defective alternator. The diode in the alternator my be bad and therefore not charging the battery. Have your mechanic test the alternator to confirm that that is the problem. If not the alternator, than your battery may be bad and not able to hold a charge. How old is your battery? More than 4 years old?
