for the interior compartment, the fuse panel is located under the drivers side instrument panel. Heavier power distribution fuse panel is located under the hood (the engine compartment) on the drivers side. Hope this helps.

How to replace serpintine belt on 1999 mercury mystique 4 cyilender

first make sure you have the correct belt for the application. then make sure you are installing the belt the correct way, going to and around the correct pulleys. there should be a decal under the hood somewhere that shows the routing of the belt it may still be there and not missing.

Replaced air compressor in1999 mercury mystique replaced fuses worked for few minutes then stopped

If you mean A/C compressor, there are safety switches for high and low pressure. You need to evacuate the A/C system with a Vacuum pump and then fill it with Freon. If you already did this, chances are that when the Freon stabilized, it was either too high or too low of a pressure and the safety switches worked.

Air condiditioner compressor replaced

If you replaced the compressor unit, normally R-12 or what ever is used, is evacuated and thus they create a vacuum, then recharge the system to the proper level of gas/ pressure. Vehicles have a vacuum controlled shut-off valve to stop or reduce the flow of anti freeze from the engine to the heater core, near the condenser. There is sometimes a pressure control valve or switch to control, when the actual compressor unit clutch engages to start to pump the gas to cool the cabin area of the vehicle. There are also fuses/ circuit breakers near the left front fender well under the hood, and left driver's side under left side of dash. I am presuming that the clutch assembly on the compressor functions properly engaging/ disengaging, when system is properly "charged."

Put in air compressor in 1999 mercury mystique worked then stopped

You must have recharged the unit? Or replaced the compressor unit? Some have an "overload" relay, it may have caused one of the fuses to blow.

Ford contour timing marks

Timing should be set thru computer, to the coil pack/ plug wires, plugs from engine (crank) position sensors, electronically? Or in a similar fashion. Taking into account air temperature and coolant temperature sensors and etc.

Air condisionor

No Fuses protect a circuit They do not cause problems IF-- a fuse blows, replacing it won't do much, as it blows for a reason & you have to diagnose that system to find out why A fuse is just a straight piece of wire designed to melt before the wiring harness gets too hot If you read too many web sites, you will be living in a world of non sense about fuses & relays You won't have more than 5 fuses fail in 60 years of driving & I doubt ever a relay fail, unless you only drive cars 20 to 30 years old For air conditioning you need a professional that knows how to diagnose those systems & has the proper equipment Even the pros that do a/c work, but not vehicles, will have a problem when it comes to cars, their not the same as a roof top or home central a/c unit.

Tempperature stays on cold does not move

You should feel upper radiator hose to see if its even getting warm at all
If thermostat is stuck open then it will hardly even move
If it feels warm to the touch then its probably a defective coolant temp sender
Most of the time its a one wire connector located near thermostat
If so you can ground that wire to see if gauge moves
If it moves toward hot then just replace the sensor
I need to know which engine and I can give you specific instructions on how to test that circuit and even location of sensor If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/rodger_15a879d9d9556eea
