Definitely mechanical. The grinding noise when put into park suggests that you have a bad final drive part. Are both front axles still bolted to their yokes? There's a really common issue with axles in VW/Audi cars.

2001 audi a4 1.8t keeps blowing the #25 fuse.
You must have a short somewhere. It's going to be hard to find for sure. Next time it blows start checking for the short with a volt meter in everything connected to that fuse.

Why you need the fog control module ?If you front fog lite isn't working.1) Check fuse for fog lights - both.2) You need to check the voltage.3) Check if fog light bulb isn't dead.If you already have checked this all out.I searched on google for this module you need.

Hi just got an audi a4 2001, 1.9tdi 130bhp, the
Windows fog up because of the humidity in the car. Run the ac and this removes the humidity from the air and the windows will not fog. If you do not have air flowing from the vents then check that the selection control is moving the vent doors . Check that the vacuum line is connected and not broken.

Code reader plug location
Look below the steering wheel (above where your left knee would be when driving), just to the left of that spot, near the drivers door, you'll see the port.

Can a car missfiring if manifold leaks or block?
It's possible. If the crack or leak is big enough you are changing the amount of normal pressure in the system, and it could misfire. It could also be that the O2 sensor is sending the wrong readings to the engine management system and over/under adjusting the fuel/air ratio since the exhaust gas mixture isn't what it's expecting (due to the leak)

2001 Audi a4 Quattro driver display
No, it is not so simply. It is not a connection problem, bulb, ...
In the past I had the same problem on my car. I disassembled the instrument cluster, and there is no possibility to change this small display, because it is an embeded construction.
Your problem is the instrument cluster out of order !
If you want to solve this problem you must buy a new instrument cluster which must be encoded with a VAG diagnosis tool.
Success !

Change the Front indicator on an Audi A4 2001
Take out the two Torx bolts on top of the headlight assembly. Then there is a third hidden bolt. Look through the holes in the top front of the fender, above and behind the headlight's turn signal portion (you'll probably need to shine a light in there) and you'll see the third bolt. Remove that and the headlight pulls straight forward and out. Then you can change the bulb.
