2005 Civic Cranks but wont start
You need to find out what's missing. Check for spark. If spark is ok check for fuel and report your findings. If you have access to a scanner with live data capabilities check to make sure you have an RPM signal also scan for codes. Report your findings for further assistance. Does it crank fast/slow/less effort?

I guess whie installing the main fuse has blown off....kindly look into it and get it replaced.

Speedometer does not read my cars speed
If the odometer is correct but the speedometer is not, the problem in most cases would be in the speedometer.It would need to be sent to a repair shop to be fixed.
Grinding Like Noise...
Axles don't grind,they have more of a popping orsnapping sound.Axles get replaced when the rubber boots tear &water gets into the joints or the joints are making a noise, as well as feel looseI would hope the brakes were removed so the wheelhub bearings could be felt for roughness when the axleswere outI suspect that is your noiseDo both sides if that is the case.The other possibility is worn transaxle differentialbearings. I am guessing you have an automaticIf you have a standard shift then there are many things there that could cause noise
