You need to find TDC on number 1, have a good set of feeler gauges and set the inlet and exhaust valve as required make sure inlet valve on 3 is just pushing , then go to to do the rest, you must do them in the right sequence or you may cause problems, if you unsure then have a qualified mechanic do it for you, as you don't want to bend valves, hope this helps, ps: if you have never done this before then have a mechanic do it for you.
