03 suzuki grand vitara starts up in morning after 10 minutes its warm drive to town shut off wont start back starts and dies starts and dies 3 times then starts and runs till next shut off

check whether you do have a problem with your cam or crank sensor. Or the fuel pump whether when it gets warm stop working,(loosing the pressure ) These things you do need a specialist to check the sensors and the fuel pump.

Where is O2 sensor located?

They are located on the exhaust system, one is before the catalyst and one after. If it is a v6 or a v8 it will have 4 o2 sensors. If your codes read sensor 2 it means the one after the catalytic converter.

Ac light blinks

answering for USA cars only on this USA forum.... so does the A/c work right. does the fan (blower ) surge are there other lights winking? the A/C light if blinking and the A/C main clutch does not cycle at each blink,? then.... that means just the lamp is bad, (or its wiring or contacts to it) are bad. not a big deal. id ignore it. good luck finding Suzuki parts.... they bugged out here. typical suzuki bs, no drawings, (sparse to none) id sell this dog if in usa. sure would, http://www.suzukicarparts.com/parts/2003/Suzuki/Grand%20Vitara/Base/index.cfm?siteid=214820 our last 04, this lamp assembly comes out. and can be replaced, the problem is finding parts and the wreckers here, have not suzuki anythings. its a dealer only part, but where are the dealers, answer they stopped dealing here. they do have a repair system. but you';d need to call them. (warranty repairs are still done for at least 8 years , epa laws)

I have just replaced the radiator on my 2003 Suzuki grand vitara 1.6. Can anyone tell me how much water I should fill it with and the ratio of anti-freeze please? Any help gratefully received.

50/50 or 60/40 Coolant to Distilled Water (from supermarket) not tap water Have to use the correct coolant for a Suzuki of that year One gallon of coolant & two gallons of distilled water should give you enough to mix small amounts to 50/50 or I use 60/40 Almost ALL coolant you will see in ANY store is really GM Dexcool Spec & NOT for your car The yellow Prestone one size fits all--- is NOT true -- Read the back & compare to dexcool That is what it is chemical wise Your going to have to use Zerex Asian or a Dealer purchased brand Possibly Zerex G-05 I have not researched the correct fluid for you,you do that The Old Green Fluids are not sold in many places any more, for I assume stupid state environmental reasons & transport issues from state to state NO ONE anywhere will be telling you the real truth, because they don't know the answer, not even the professional repair shops, they don't care,to them one size fits all
