I need to find a wiring diagram for security system 1994suzuki side kick. I have a original Suzuki security system and I want to hook up viper security system.

that book is super rare here. its not on the car new, its dealer add on, if you have this system just unplug it. (module) it dont kill the engine in usa, (only the Europe ones do) sidekick is 100% usa name Vitara else where, or GEO tracker here. the dang thing only connects to door switches, good luck using 23 year old orig. door switches, be bad bad idea if hell bent on a alarm, use all new everything and it will work. its not a security system only a super simple ALARM box. the one with suzuki on it . label is a dealer added box. we cant see yours, we be blind. but most of these just unplug and all is good.

My ignition switch won't turn, my steering wheel is locked. How do I remove ignition switch w/o removing steering wheel? I have a '94 Suzuki Sidekick 4WD 1.6L (1590cc) MFI 16V engine

get front tries off crubs, or rocks or other things blocking them. then turn key gently, (wiggle it) and then turns steering (L/R wiggle it) bam it unlocks, the operators guide covers this topic. the lock is bad, needs wheel off. ive done 2 this year, the lock also has 2 anti tamper screws (clamp there) by LAW. they must be removed with vise grip,et cetra. then replaced with new 6mm bolts. 1: plastic shells off. (under neath shells) 2: see IGN switch, see it now> see how it surrounds the shafts>? if you and seen that first, youd not be asking here, now. ok>? 3: wheel off.. 4: remove the 2 clamp bolts from switch assembly. 5: this lets column drop and free up switch assembly 6: now it can be removed i had to. The steering casing shaft at the floor firewall down low,, only loosen the 4 bolts 4-5 turns.(trick 1) there. allows column to move more easy. the FSM covers this, 96 car is nearly the same and book is rare free, but is here. turn to 3F4 page 7, and read, http://www.acksfaq.com/2016bp.php?urlname=http://www.acksfaq.com/HTML/trackerfsm.htm

What size are the bell housing bolts on a 1994 suzuki sidekick 1.6 8v auto trans

bell to engine, or bell to trans, some have side braces to trans. 3speed auto or 4 speed, ? tough question, you lost ALL your bolts. (ouch) the are all metric. the FSM nor the official Ecat, shows NO size.... (fact) first off,.if not all lost then the other side there. are same size. if the left is not missing , you have bolts to match to right.! correct? take the left bolts to store and buy a match. and the nuts. there. there are 4 factors on these bolts. (suzuki still sells them) 1: diameter, most are 8 and 10 mm. measure the hole see that? 2: pitch, (iso spec sizes ) per above. 3: length (this too can be measured,) 4: grade. (id use grade 8.8) we dont have spec, so.... more is better..... if not using OE parts.(suz) you get to measure each hole first. (with a dial caliper) measure inside diameter. or use 3 known bolts to find this out. the MM diameter. 25.4 x inches = metric, there are 2 big studs there too. and finding that nut sizes is not hard. at all. get diameter with caliper then buy the ISO pitch nut matching that. there are fine and coarse ISO sizes. just looking answers that. but if not, buy 2 nuts, that diameter in both fine and coarse. bingo the nut is found. as seen here http://www.fixkick.com/tranny/slush/slide3L30/html/image_1.html that same dial caliper tool (all shops have one..so.) the rear measure depth. (basics) the rear is insert in to a hole on trans to the block side and total depth is known (to rear edge of bell casing) so buy mm length just less than that. there is no easy way, only using a tool finds this out. or use stick pushed in to hole an use thumb nail to mark stick then measure that with any metric ruler. directly. or just buy them. (they have no graphics for this level of detail back then so cant see them , must ask) http://www.suzukicarparts.com/parts/1994/Suzuki/Sidekick/JLX/?siteid=214820&vehicleid=9153&searchText= you will have to call them and tell them what's missing. if you had listed all bolts missing i can give out real suz. part numbers. (i have a real hard copy parts list manual) all this above is standard shop practices... how to measure bolts.

I HAVE A SUZUKI SIDEKICK TRY STARTING CAR WANTS TO START PLENTY OF CHARGE WANTS TO START WHAT CAN BE PROBLEM PLEASE HELP

Any codes set? If not, check for spark at plugs. If none, could be coil/module, cam/crank sensor but last two usually set code. May be worth reading codes even if no check engine light on. Parts stores can often test modules for free.

I have a 1994 Suzuki side kick has plenty of juice but wont kick over wants to turn over but it just wont catch.

It could be the fuel pump, could also be dirty injectors. You will have to hook up a fuel psi gauge at the schreater valve (looks like a tire valve) and check psi. 4 to 6 psi I think. If ok, then dirty throttle intake and injectors are a possibility. Let me know!

Egr system

First off DO NOT START or DRIVE this vehicle until this leak is fixed. It is a fireball waiting to happen! Replace your EGR valve. You might be able to save it by cleaning with carbuertor cleaner but likely not if it is leaking "from the diaphragm" already, but try the $5 can of cleaner first instead of the $100 part if I were you. 2nd leak reported from the exhaust manifold area is likely from the leaking EGR valve. Replace or fix the valve first, then let the existing gasoline pooled on top of your engine evaporate before starting the car. Just starting it could set off the flashpoint of the pooled gasoline from your igntion system spark. Once the fuel has evaportated and you have fixed or replaced your EGR valve, start it and run for several minutes. Use a mirror and flashlight to make sure you do not have another leak somewhere. Good luck and be careful!
