Heater fan switch only has hight

Replace blower motor resistor. Follow wires back from blower motor to connector it's plugged in to, That is your resistor. Remove 1/4" head screws and pull it out and replace with new. Part shouldn't be more than about $20.

My van is a 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager and while im driving it it cuts off and wont start for 3o minutes

Someone will have to figure out if you are lacking fuel to the injectors or spark to the plugs to proceed with testing.Could be a relay or several other things.

1997 getting code P1776 & PO700 What does this mean

The code 700 is a notice that there is a problem with the trans control module, and code 1776 could be a problem with the low-reverse solenoid inside the trans. Code 1776 can trigger the code 700.The solenoid would need to be tested.

Changing a fuel filter 1997 grand voyager 3.3, does it matter were the two hoses from the gas tank go?

The two lines or connections at the pump are two different sizes. The fuel lines will only go on one way. If you link into the lines that come out of the filter side by side you will see that the holes are two different sizes. If ou get them crossed one will not fit and one will fit loosley. Replaced old ignition with new one and the new ignition won't lock in place

If the ignition wont lock in place, just redo it but this time you need to realize that you install the key cylinder with the key in the ON postion, straight into the lock cylinder housing, aligning the retaining tabs,on the key cylinder with the hole in the lock cylinder housing. Then turn the key to the off position,

97 plymouth grand voyager wont start changed the fuel pump and filter replaced the ecm, ignition coil and checked all fuses it started up after changing fuel pump it ran for like twenty min then died

HelloThe engine and transmission in this cars drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL THE DIAGNOSIS & TESTING IS COMPLETED.

I HAVE A 1997 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER 3.0L ENGINE TURNS WHEN HOT AFTER 100 MILES THE ENGINE STALLS, IF I LEAVE THE REST RESTART IT BUT 30 MINUTES 15 MINUTES LATER HE HOLD AGAIN

Not clear on the issue. If the engine is stopping when hot, you will need to figure out if it is fuel or ignition related to proceed.
