The ones make in China and Mexico have a history of failing and even being faulty at new. Always buy OEM quality, on a Plymouth, probably Delco. You need to check or replace your ignition coils. The are on the top of every spark plug. That would be my next step.

Timing could be 180 degrees out Check there is spark at no one on compression stroke

put a new alternator harness on the vehcle

fix the leak and flush heater core with a water hose,then bleed coolant system. if not bled proper coolant wont circulate .

check cam sensor or pickup coil in distributor.

check all fuses ,crank sensor or cam sensor(distributor)

weak fuel pump or clogged fuel filter possible.dragging starter can cause the problem also if all the current is trying to go to starter,

If there is no heater control valve visable on heater hoses ,then it does not require one. heater core could be stopped up. flush the inlet and outlet with a water hose,and bleed coolant system.

a/c check if need freon -fuse relay and switch

these have a serpentine belt and the tensioner is below the alternator and requires a special tool to move it. you can try using a wrench that will fit on the belt tensioner but you won`t have much room to move it. look under the hood around the upper rad support for a decal it may still be there. if it is it shows the belt routing and were the tensioner is.

best thing you can do is go see a transmission shop and have them look for the problem .
