Seat Belts/Front Seats

seats use heavy corrent & use relays instead of fuses. check relays in fuse panel. see chart on cover or owner manual for location.

Also, this is for 96 villager seats.

Circuit Protection
Power is supplied to the seat motors through the 30A POWER WINDOW fuse. The fuse is located in the LH engine compartment fuse junction panel and is hot at all times. The circuit breaker is behind the interior fuse junction panel and prevents current overload and component damage.

How to change under-hood fuse in a994 Mercery Villager

you have fuses there and in the van by the drivers side instrument panel.

here's how to change,
Fuse — Main Fuse Junction Panel NOTE: The MAIN and ALT fuses are high ampere cartridges that are held in place by screws, which must be removed in order to replace the cartridge. For removal of the MAIN or ALT fuse, refer to the procedure in this section. Always replace a blown fuse with a new one having the same amperage rating.

Removal
  1. Remove the appropriate fuse panel cover (14A003).
  1. Pull the fuse straight up from the fuse junction panel (14A068). If the fuse is a cartridge-type, carefully pry the clip, then pull the fuse straight up.
I would also check relays, including inhibtor relay. relas have a relese tab.

Throttle position sensor

Resetting it will not help, as the ECM (Electronic control module will readjust thus same issue. If the engine is running sluggish at a very low idle, but fine when the RMP is increased, it is probally the pcv valve, actually the hose part that goes into the back of your Carb., check this by spraying starting fluid, ether, towards the back of fuel intake while running at idle, if it revs, Bingo! Be very carefull not to start a fire, and keep an extinguisher handy!!!
