1994 Mercury Villager emission diagram?

I'm not aware of any emission component keeping the engine from starting. Do you have normal compression, spark, and fuel pressure ?

When I turn the key all instruments on panel

the ignition relay may have gone. in the fuse box. or the immobiliser is not turning off. could be the chip in the key has moved. or the reader has failed. in key there is a black square should be sitting near to the key end. reader is fitted around the ignition barrel. immobiliser if the light is still flashing or flashes every minute it has failed.

You don't lossen the nut holding the pulleyon the tensioner,you pivot the tensioner armto loosen the beltThe should be a hole for your ratchet in the arm,to pull off the tension

I REMOVED THE DISTRIBUTER CAP AND AFTER

Are all the wires going to the right cylinder? if yes....Did you mark the gearing/rotor location before removing? You may have thrown off the timing for the distributor. If this is the case, Remove the distributor and set the engine to TDC (top dead center). This can be done by spinning the crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer twice clockwise until the marking on the pulley and timing cover is set to "0/Zero" Once set at TDC, set the distributor (cap must be removed) to TDC/Cylinder 1.
