below it or above. what is the job , what is wrong or what is reason to ask this pull the tank, the service manual covers by job. pull tank pull pump etc. Tank quote: "On 1989-92 models the exhaust pipe and exhaust shields must be removed from the car first, refer to Engine section for proper removal and installation procedures" so now we know it is an exhaust shield. most are simple nut/ bolts some are spot welded. or using rivets just look and see what is there., if one does not come off,remove the whole section of EXH pipe. a car this old may have had 3 exhaust systems there in 30 year. that is all I can do blind. no photo posted of it.

Possible your linkage is broken. Look at the linkage where it attaches to the transmission and verify the plastic connections aren't cracked.

Take it to a ASE certified repair shop .

Did you visually check for spark at the spark plugs, engine cranking? Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, engine cranking? Also, check for fuel injector pulse. Are there any applicable trouble codes? I can only help with testing. Knowing if your missing spark--fuel--whatever will help with diagnoses.

sounds like you need to get the battery checked as well as wire connections between battery and starter. 12.52 is marginal as when you crank the starter the voltage probably goes below 10.0 volts and when you jump it the voltage is at the proper level to allow cranking.

Remove a globe and check if there is power with a test light when the park lights are on ,and see if the front park lights are on ,could be bad earth or faulty globes.

Remove the back seat. Bottom comes out by pushing back on the seat and lifting. Top comes off with bolts removed. Small area on the drivers side (employ a child) to crawl through, of fish for them with a wire clothes hanger. If you have a trunk release button, you can power it from the battrey and it should pop the trunk.

yes most likely the cause, the floats get stuck .

Is you car unlocked ... if it is you may be able to go through the back seat. If you remove the bottom part of the seat it should expose bolts to the back rest section of the seat. Once that is off there may be a divider of cardboard .... look for fasteners and remove that. Get your keys and put it all back together. Does the car have a trunk release in the glove compartment or other location? If the car is locked then you may have to call a locksmith.

Usually you have to borrow or rent a pulley puller to remove it and re-install.

30-40 psi. th epump should run for 2 seconds when turning the key on, then run when engine is cranking and/or running.

Check if the dashboard bulb is still okay, if so then change the fuse. you have to pull the dashboard to locate the bulb. all the best.

If is located on the fuse box. Find the fuse box under the steering wheel near the brake pedal.

there is no torque you turn the nut till its thigh than back it off 1/4 turn put the cotterpin in and then the cap

Sounds like left front wheel brake caliper is frozen.Need to inspect front brakes.
