Where are the abs fuse on 2002 Chrysler Concorde Lx
The ABS fuse/relay should be under the hood. not under your dash in those fuses. should be a black cube about 1x1 inch. My Chrysler Cirrus box is black, near the battery end under hood, near computer(Pcm) wire harness goes in. Not sure what a concorde looks like but should be similar.

1999 Chrysler Concorde 2.7 L
How many miles/kilometers on your 19-year-old car? Older cars generally have a lot of miles, and a lot of wear on the engine. If your engine is burning oil (bad piston rings, bad valve seals, etc), the oil contamination in the exhaust will eventually plug up or reduce the efficiency of the catalytic converter. If you got a P0420 code, you probably will have to replace the converter. But FIRST, correct the problem with the engine burning oil. Or you will quickly damage your new converter.

When adding freon to our AC unit in our 2002
some cars I've worked on, if you overcharge the system, the compressor will shut off automatically if the pressure is too high by means of two or more pressure switches. Theoretically you won't damage anything because the system just won't run for more than a few seconds before shutting off again. You won't get any cooling of course if this happens.
I just used a small screwdriver the open the schrader valve (like how you'd let air out of a tire) until it was back at the correct pressure. EPA won't like you.
Don't add let some out watch and listen for the compressor clutch to engage and stay on. Not cycle on off on off...
If there is a leak or block in the system this won't work.

There is something loose or a bad connection! You could try and wiggle wires, you may get lucky.

HAVE 99 CONCORDE. HAD TO
it's a vacuum problem. when you lose vacuum they go into defrost mode as 'default mode'. it is safer for driver that way too, at least they can always see no matter what.
check all the little vacuum hoses under the hood.

I have a 1999 Chrysler Concorde and it shuts down
Have an auto parts store read the code (providing the CEI light on the dash is on). They could recommend the right parts based on the code you have. If it is the EGR Valve, they are easy to replace.
