I know all about replaceing the fuel pump i just want to know if you can syphon the gas out first on a Plymouth Grand Voyager 1999? or is there some other way to get it done? last time we had no gas

You most likely have to remove the filler hose, to drop the tank,so syphon the gas directly from the tank with the hose off, where ever your going to remove it from

How do I syphon the gas from a 1999 plymouth grand voyager?

Forget trying to syphon via the filler cap as most now have anti-syphon built in. Try breaking into the fuel line before it enters the engine and let the fuel pump do the work. On my old car (a 2002 Fiat) the line was just a push-fit connection. I disconnected and fitted a hose over the line to a container. I turned on the ignition and the pump switched on and started filling the container. It did, however, need switching on and off a few times because I believe there is some kind of pressure switch within the system and the pump stopped once it realised the pressure to the fuel injection system was not building up.

Rear vent windows won't open

First you need to find out if there is power and ground at the switch if both won't work,if no power there then look for a blown fuse in PDC under hood. Check them all as it may be on a different circuit, also check wire harness from the door into A post going to under dash, over time with door opening and closing that harness has a tendency to break wires that may be the power to the switch or output to vent motors (inside the boot)

Wiper dont work

Check power and ground circuits at wiper motor to see if they are there, key on, wiper switch on if not check BCM output for the wiper you may have to take it into a shop for that to scan to see if the output is there from the BCM as this controls the wiper through the multifunction switch.
