Whine coming from the left front of engine. Sounds just like its low on power steering fluid but it is full. Could this be the water pump?

could be a water pump bearing ---idler puller pulley bearing---power steering pump bearing or gears --alternator bearings. Get a mechanic stethiscope from a auto spare shop and carefully place the tip on the housing of the units. If you hear a steady buzz then the bearing will be ok but if you hear a low grumble then that unit's bearings are on the way out.

No excelaration at first changed egr valve and sensors checked relays truck wont start pump is new

Check your Inertia sensor for reset. It is usually behind a front kick panel or in some cases, at the rear cargo area next to the air ride switch. Sometimes knocking around on the other parts will activate the Inertia sensor. The crankshaft sensor regulates fuel pressure by RPM. A failing Crankshaft sensor will under count the RPM resulting in low fuel pressure and poor performance.

Dent in bumper

Really depends on if it is on the plastic or on the metal. There are some companies with Vacuum suction cups which can pull out dents without having to remove a part. This is a good idea because it is the least obtrusive. It is also good to have a PRO do this because with the proper temperature, you may not need to repaint the part. Some bumpers have only Styrofoam to hold the shape of the skin. Others are metal backed. With any luck, your bumper has not shifted out of alignment. Some metal dents can be bumped back by a Pro, but may lead to peeling if chrome. Probably better to get a Salvage bumper from a Yard and replace the metal type. You have a very popular model and parts should be cheap and plentiful.

Check engine lite 2002 mercury mountaineer

Did you do a complete OBD code-clear of the computer? Codes don't reset just because you fix the problem. Many of the codes need to be cleared using a OBD machine - buy it at Auto repair places for about $60. You also have to disconnect the battery for a minute to reset some of the codes. If the codes don't come back, you are good. If they reset again, you still have a problem.

I have no heat in my 2004 mercury mountaineer and

number of possibilites for no heat.1. Your engine thermostat is broken and stuck in the on possistion. In the winter months, if its stuck in the open posistion, the vehicle may never get warm enough for the heater to blow hot air (i had this problem once, 13 degrees outside and even tho we had been driving for an hour, not a single bit of warm air... fixed instantly with new thermostat) this is a cheap repair2. you have a clogged/broken or something has happened to your heater core, it is located in the dash somewhere and hot coolant flows into it. This is not terribly expensive, but labor cost may be a bit high, sometimes there not easy to get to3. and least likely is that your heater door wont open. Does your a/c still work fine? if yes, if you leave the ac on, and turn it from cold to hot, does it stay exactly same temp or cold? or slightly warmer? if it stays the exact same tempature of cold and you cant tell that anytinh has changed, the door that closes the ac and opens to heater could be stuck/broken, etc. or the cable or electric wire controlling it could be bad.. that concludes 3 reasons you could be without heat, as far as your electrical goes, I would make sure all your fuses are in good, otherwise, who knows, electrical in cars is a whole nother ball game
