If you are referring to the old inertia switch for fuel shut off during a crash, the manufacturers don't use these any longer. The airbag system is connected to the fuel pump relay through the ECM. When the airbags deploy, the fuel pump stops. This system involves using the standard fuel pump relay. When the relay or associated circuitry fails, the fuel pump wont come on.

It is the sensor that is just behind the last main catalytic converter in the exhaust. If I had the code I could help more.

Standard practice is check for spark at each plug when you crank. If you're getting spark, then check for fuel getting to cylinders.

You have some kind of fault that is why the beeping. Have the system scanned by a local shop to see what fault is present.

There is no such thing as a transmission reset

It's not rocket science . Unbolt it from the vehicle ,unclip it . What ever holds it down . Turn it over , all the connectors are bolted to the bottom . unscrew them pull them out .
