you can get a Chilton book for your car it is in there or search it on line the dealer will print it for free I guess you lost the one that came with the car the diagram is usually on the fan shroud when you open the hood

my guess is your water pump is not working properly and the loud chirping sound is from the serpentine belt which also runs the water pump, alternator, ac and steering pump. first thing to check is coolant the cooling fan , thermostat , water pump in this order. chirping sound definitely come from the belt but the cause could come from any of the driven part but im zeroing in on the water pump because the car is running hot. old belt could also cause the chirping.

You need to have a repair facility check for codes in the BODY computer to verify, but I believe your CLOCK spring, located in the steering column beneath the steering wheel is bad. This clock spring allows continuity between the air bag and air bag system when the steering wheel is turned. You are experiencing momentary breaks in the circuit when the steering wheel is turning and the body computer is sensing this and is setting off the air bag light and the beeper alarm. A body code will verify this. It is not a major job to replace the clock spring and involves pulling the steering wheel off to access it.

Chances are its in the BCM and not easy to get at. May be easier to find which circuit its on and remove the fuse or relay for that circuit if nothing else that you really need is on the same circuit. Also check your main fuse block the chime may be a plugged into it, if it is just pull it out and leave it out.

First figure out if it's the horn or the switch. Go out and hit the panic button on your fob. Does the horn go off?OK, it's not the horn. Your problem is in the switch in the steering column. possibly the clock spring.

Replace alternator.

Most likely the alternator is bad. Best way for you to check is start it up, then pull the negative cable off the battery. If it dies the alternator is dead. As far as it draining when parked, I have replace a lot of the ignition lock set and keys because you can put it in the accessory position(All the way back) and pull the key out. Leaving on things like the radio.

Replace the "tail lights" fuse on the fuse panel (labeled).

Take out the harness connector (3 pin) from the ignition coil pack. Point it to your self, the lock is upwards. There are 3 female pins on the connector. The right most connector is the switching signal wire to cylinder number 2 and 3 simultaneously. Center pin is 12 V supply and the left most is switching signal wire for cylinder number 1 and 4 simultaneously. Now the problem may lie in: - The high tension cords. - The short or open circuit between the ignition coil pack connector and the ECM. - Short or open circuit between the camshaft position sensor and the ECM. - Short or open circuit between the crankshaft position sensor and the ECM. - Valve timing incorrect, or timing belt tooth over jumped. - Broken or damaged crank shaft sprocket. - The ignition coil pack.

pull the starter motor and have it bench tested for worn bushes ( allowing the armature to pole out) and brushes worn too far down

Sounds as it you have an electrical short somewhere and a connection to the Power steering pump. Did you purchase any gas while going to store? Some under ground fuel tanks can get water into them this time of year especially. If it is flooded, it will not start. Hold gas pedal to floor for 15 seconds and release, then try to start. If it does, it could be as simple as an O2 sensor or Heater sensor causing the problem. Good Luck!!
